This is an historic Parador with 12th-Century 'bones' complemented by a tasteful interior remodel in beautiful marble. The common area was a great place to meet friends or just be quiet with a book and a drink. The room very comfortable and the bathroom clean and spacious. I would love to visit again and again.

A perfect night of luxury for weary pilgrims taking a break from hostel life! A beautiful historic building within a more modern shell.

We had adapted room for wheelchair use and this was good. The hotel is in a well maintained historic building
Parking in an open site is a bit expensive at 9 euros a night. Also the breakfast is expensive at 20 euros per person when we probably only needed a couple of croissants and coffee. This was especially relevant on our last morning when we just wanted a quick snack in our room before driving to the ferry in Bilbao and the price was 25 euros per person. Maybe two prices would be relevant, one for cooked food etc and another for simple breakfast
