Great location, right across the road from a very nice beach, and within an easy walk of many good restaurants. Breakfast in the hotel was very good, with a very nice outdoor/covered dining area. The Chryssi Akti staff were very friendly, and very helpful - especially Maria, who always seemed to be there for us when we needed help or advice.
The pool doesn't get the sun until the afternoon, and with the water being rather cool we tended to limit ourselves to using it in the late afternoon. With a nice sunny beach right across the street that wasn't a big problem!

We loved everything, especially the staff, all of them with a smile. Cleaning every day, very good breakfast and also good food at the restaurant other times of the day, the pizza’s, the burger, the cocktails. They work hard all day long. Comfortable sunbeds at the beach and good beach towels. Even on very windy days, the beach is protected enough. The room (superior full sea view) is much better than the photos, the shower very good, comfortable bed and pillows.
As we were at the end of the season (last 10 days of September), some of the sunbeds were taken away, while the hotel was full. We ended up paying for sunbeds at the beach bar next door, which is not ok.
Staff should remove towels set in the morning to occupy empty sunbeds for many hours by certain type of people.

This hotel is the best if you want beach access with an umbrella. The water is crystal clear. The chairs the hotel provides are right across the street and comfortable. They have food and drink service on the beach as well. Can't get any closer. The staff is friendly, helpful and accommodating. The hotel itself is a typical 3 star clean, but nothing luxurious. Breakfast is adequate.
Don't bring anything that can't be ironed on the bed because ironing boards supposedly are not available and the hair dryer has to be among the worst ever. Bring your own if you are going to be staying a while and/or your hair takes time to dry.
