JAZ Makadi Oasis Resort

We had a great vacation at JAZ Makadi Oasis and really enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean, and housekeeping did a great job cleaning it every day. A special thanks to Sluma Ikram at the reception — he was very friendly and helpful, especially with booking the à la carte restaurant we wanted. We tried The Grill à la carte restaurant and really enjoyed it. The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The main restaurant was also very good, with a nice variety of food. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and one of our best vacations. Great service, friendly staff, good food, and a very enjoyable atmosphere. We would definitely love to come back!

The staff are professional, polite, and always proactive in offering assistance. The place is also clean and well-maintained. Special thanks to Ibrahim Saber, who went above and beyond from the moment we arrived until our very last day. He was always keen on fulfilling our requests, very professional and genuine care for us.

I think the buffet could benefit from more variety and a daily rotation of dishes. Some items served at breakfast and dinner appear again the following day, so introducing new options each day would make the dining experience more enjoyable.

The food is very good

The staff were very rude to us cos we are Egyptians; they were unprofessional and untrained, fir example when I asked for a coffee; a waiter started ti say what is coffee? We made a complaint and Mr Hassanin the staff manager was very professional in responding, and supported us during our stay; but in general the staff doesn't smile and they are rude. Also, the rooms are old and needs maintenance. During the last day of our stay the hotel was super crowded we couldn't get plates to dine. The staff at the pool, beach and restaurant are very rude and unpleasant and we wont go again because they made our stay uncomfortable
