The great team, Nagay was amazing as were all the other staff. The.food was of a high quality and the hotel was spotless. We literally felt like royalty.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at JAZ Makadi Spa! The entire resort was wonderful, the atmosphere was beautiful, and the suite was absolutely stunning. Everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and cooperative throughout our stay. A special thank you to Mr. Mina, who was exceptionally helpful and made our experience even more special. I would also like to give a huge thank you to the gentleman who cleaned our room. He was extremely kind, attentive, and cooperative, and his efforts truly made a difference. Honestly, I don’t think I will ever spend a honeymoon as beautiful as this one again. These were the best five days of our lives, both for me and my wife. We will always remember this beautiful experience and the wonderful memories we made at JAZ Makadi Spa. Thank you to the entire team for making our honeymoon so magical and unforgettable. We can’t wait to come back! ❤️

We had a very enjoyable stay at this all-inclusive hotel. The food was amazing, with a great variety of options every day—we never got bored of the selection. Everything throughout the hotel was very clean and well-maintained, which made the experience even more comfortable. The beds were extremely comfortable, and we slept very well each night. The cocktails were also good and enjoyable, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. We especially liked having access to billiards—it was a fun way to spend some of our time.

One area that could be improved is the evening entertainment. The shows were okay, but we felt they could be more engaging and of higher quality.
