Everything about this hotel was excellent. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The food was truly outstanding! There was a huge variety to choose from, with 3 restaurants and a menu that changes every day, so every meal felt like a new experience. Everything was so fresh and so tasty, prepared with real care and full of flavor. We honestly looked forward to every meal. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean. The rooms, restaurants, pool areas and every corner of the resort were kept perfectly tidy throughout our stay. Special thanks to Mr. Islam and Mr. Mahmoud at reception, Mrs. Heba and Mr. Mahmoud at Lucida restaurant, and Mr. Alaa at Yades restaurant. You made our stay unforgettable! Everything was perfect, and I'd love to repeat my visit to Sunrise Tucana very soon. Highly recommended!

2026 update, it’s even better than the first time! We rarely return to the same resort twice, but Sunrise Tucana has definitely earned a spot on our list. We had an incredible stay, and we’ll absolutely be back. What truly sets this resort apart is the people. Every single staff member we met was professional, genuinely kind, and always happy to help. You can tell they take pride in what they do. They graciously accept tips when offered, but never once did anyone ask for one or make us feel pressured, which made the excellent service feel even more genuine. A very special thank you to Ibrahim, the beach waiter. He is honestly one of the best servers I have ever come across anywhere. His hospitality is unmatched. He remembered our preferences, checked on us without ever being intrusive, and somehow always seemed to appear exactly when we needed something. He made our beach days effortless and enjoyable, and he deserves every bit of recognition. The beach is another major highlight. It’s clean, well maintained, and the water is crystal clear. Whether you’re swimming or simply relaxing by the shore, it’s an incredibly peaceful place to spend the day. The food was also excellent. For an all-inclusive resort, the quality was outstanding. Everything was fresh, there was plenty of variety, and every meal was something to look forward to. Thank you to everyone at Sunrise Tucana for making our vacation so memorable.
