La propreté, la gentillesse du personnel, la nourriture

We had an excellent stay at the hotel and were very impressed with the overall experience. The check-in process was smooth and well organized, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The swimming pools were also exceptionally clean. The reception team was highly responsive and professional. Whenever we needed anything, our requests were handled promptly and efficiently. The restaurant was excellent, with a very professional team of chefs and a great selection of food. The evening entertainment was also diverse and enjoyable, with a variety of shows and activities. All the staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. Their professionalism and genuine hospitality made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would be very happy to return in the future. Highly recommended I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Mr. Mahmoud Abdel Aziz, Reception Manager, for his exceptional professionalism, support, and attention to detail. He went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and to make our stay smooth and enjoyable. His dedication and genuine hospitality were truly appreciated and made a significant difference to our experience.
