The property was absolutely stunning , the rooms were big although the bathroom had a glass door in the toilet and main door, very weird. Other than that the hotel was beautiful , very old and historic feeling. We were there for a Wedding which was absolutely perfect.

Glass doors in bathroom - and location was way to remote. Staff were very nice and friendly but service throughout the resort was very slow - to the point at the breakfast I ordered a coffee 4 times and ended up getting it myself (only reason I didn't do that was waiting on cups). Also there was no music or atmosphere especially round to pool. Most guests in our group left as it was a bit boring.

We had a truly wonderful stay and found this hotel to be a very special property in Mallorca. The hotel is beautifully designed, with an elegant and peaceful atmosphere throughout. The rooms are exceptionally spacious and comfortable, and the facilities are outstanding. The spa deserves a particular mention. It is beautifully designed and was easily one of the highlights of our stay. The family pool is also lovely, although the water was a little on the cold side during our visit. The food was consistently excellent, from breakfast to the other dining experiences at the hotel. A special thank you to Ines from the breakfast team, whose warmth and attentive service made our mornings especially enjoyable. We would also like to recognize Lucia and Sergio at reception, as well as Rezi, the concierge. Their professionalism, warmth and genuine hospitality made a real difference to our stay. They were always welcoming and incredibly helpful, and are a wonderful reflection of the hotel. At times, the hotel did feel somewhat understaffed, which could occasionally be noticed in the pace of service. However, the team worked incredibly hard and remained gracious and accommodating throughout. The location is wonderfully peaceful and secluded, but this is something to consider when planning your stay. The hotel is quite remote, and without a rental car or another convenient means of transportation, exploring the rest of Mallorca can be challenging. We had a car and would strongly recommend one for guests who would like to discover the island. Overall, this is a beautiful, distinctive hotel with exceptional facilities, fantastic food and a wonderful sense of tranquility. The combination of the setting, spacious rooms, superb spa and genuinely lovely staff made it a memorable experience and a truly one-of-a-kind stay in Mallorca.

The hotel was not full but there were barely enough sunbeds to get a spot at either pool past midday. For a hotel of this standard you absolutely should have bottled water refilled every day in your room. Eating outside in the beautiful surroundings is wonderful, but the amount of flies landing on the table and in your food while you’re eating is obtrusive. There should be a small gadget on each table to discourage them at least. WiFi was too patchy in our room to watch Netflix or similar without having to log in and out several times an hour
