The pools and waterparks for the children were ideal. Snacks were available all day and the staff were all brilliant couldn’t fault them.
The only thing I’d say about the property was the bed was very uncomfortable in our room. The available snacks could do with including more healthy options.
The outside toilets by toddler waterpark didn’t have locks on the doors -
The free bus shuttle to the nicer beach you couldn’t get access the time you wanted if there too many people as the free bus shuttle was a 7 seater type taxi - these were the only issues we found during our stay other than that it’s an excellent holiday for children we had a lovely time with our little one

Animazione . Qualità del cibo.
Forse unica pecca la struttura essendo molto grande ha molto ma molti ospiti . Andrebbe curata maggiormente la pulizia della piscina “centrale “ dove fanno animazione / acqua gym ecc

Play areas for children, animation for children and food
Smoking everywhere (traditional and vaping) even in the children play areas

Pools and splash parks were great. Lunch and dinner menu was brilliant
Room. The flooring was broken and although reported four times was never fixed. Safe and tv remote was inoperative but was resolved after 4 times of asking. Upon arrival the floor was dirty and sand was present from previous guests. During our stay our irty towels were removed but never replaced, we had to go to reception to obtain new towels.
