The cabin was great, kitchen had everything you needed, great quiet area close to everything

the hot tub never heated up we checked in around 4:30, I txted Thur app at 7:48 on Friday got a response from Kayla tues say it should be working but they could send someone to check it out(12:35pm), I responded two hours later and never was help!!! the whole reason we picked that cabin was because it had hot tub!!! poor customer service, also the arcade game didn’t work either. Wi-fi hardly worked so no tv either, so bring other entertainment

Location was great and easy to get to. Loved the 2 pool locations. The cabin was beautiful and we really enjoyed it

The key code did not work upon arrival, had to call and walk through several things prior to getting a new code for the door. The WiFi was very slow and had connection issues.

Worse parking of any cabin I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to allot! Drive one small smart car and you’ll be alright, anything else is too much.

The pool was. It open (could have been to COVID) a notification of the closing would have been good but the cabin had a private hot tub.

Very clean and pretty

There was NO address posted anywhere so it took us hour to find it. You can hear through the walls bad. Needs more parking. Horrible lighting outside. None near the jacuzzi. Not enough towels.
