Quiet location set on a residential street a stones throw from Lido vaporetto stops. Clean comfortable room and hotel facilities, great breakfast with variety of continental options, pastries, cereals, yogurts and fruits, choice of coffees, teas and juices. Comfortable bed and clean linens. Good water pressure, plenty enough towels. Tea making facilities and a mini fridge. Even a little Juliette balcony to sit and relax by the open doors. The staff were great - professional, welcoming and helpful - Selina in particular who helped advise logistics for checking out. I had to check out early and they prepared a 'to go' breakfast- much appreciated. Would definitely book again to stay in Lido. Thanks to the whole team at Rigel.

The hairdryer in room 105 needs replacing. Luckily I didn't need to use it, but I'd consider it dangerous if used. Decor a little tired in places but for the room rate the overall package represents excellent value.

The location, within a comfortable ten minute walk to the vaporetto station and bus routes. The reception staff, 24 hour, without exception were most helpful and knowledgeable of local amenities. The breakfast selection was wide and those organising and serving, were constantly replenishing. Nothing was too much trouble.

The staff were very friendly, and really helpful. It was mostly quiet, so we slept well. The room next to us were making noise quite late and the reception dealt with it really fast. The breakfast was also pretty nice, Venice is really expensive so it kept us going until dinner!

The walls are a bit thin so if you have loud guests next to you, you'll find it hard to sleep. This was dealt with for us very fast.

Very cozy, clean, organised. It's a nice old hotel, with some good things refurbished and others, luckily, not :)

Probably only thing was the mattress, but I'm a difficult sleeper without a proper mattress.

There is a very friendly and helpful staff at the hotel. Even though check-out was at 10:30 a.m., I was able to work in the hotel lobby all day until 6 p.m. using the free WiFi and sitting comfortably and undisturbed in a quiet and comfortable space. When the staff saw me working at the computer for several hours, they often asked if I would like a coffee.

Beautiful hotel with classic Venetian style in the heart of Lido, 3 minutes walking from the port. Beautiful rooms and stunning views Great breakfast with lots of options.

I've stayed here on several occasions, it's a convenient location just a few minutes from the ferries, presumably family run, friendly, and I've frequently found a good deal too.
