Apartment door was broken. Could not close properly and couldn't lock at all. Parking not available due to ugrading. Why didn't they inform me in time about this. No other room was available. Had to look for other accommodation very late after a very busy day.

The staff where lovely and the room was spacious and clean and comfortable.

Although this was a good location and a very adequate hotel the view was not all that great.

Clean comfortable room with small balcony, large bed, desk, kitchenette area with fridge and microwave etc, and Wifi. Secure car parking available. The staff were super friendly and welcoming - Natasha and her colleagues were very responsive to some questions before we arrived and helpful during our brief stay (before heading to the airport). Recommended!

Great location. Real boutique hotel - all the benefits of a hotel with the personal touches of a BnB

When we arrived they gave us the wrong room and when I came down to the reception and talked with the receptionist that it was not the room that I booked. I booked Luxury room with Sea views for 9 days. She said that it was impossible that we would get the room that we booked because they gave to someone else the room that we booked. It was their mistake and they apologized. We agreed on staying the room that we did not book for 1 night (smaller room) because the receptionist said we would get full refund for first night. But when we checked out, it turned out that they did not do full refund for first night. The hotel maneger said: We paid for the first night and got refunded a bit from the price of room that we booked And a lot of noise from outside early morning.

Staff was very friendly and helpfull. Safe parking for the car: great in this neighbourhood. Location near to the bloulevard: excellent. And the neighbouring street has shops, supermarket and restaurants and is quite lively. Nice experience.

Pity you dont'have a view towards the ocean.
