Very nice hotel, free parking available, excellent and reach breakfast. Our dog was happy too with all bits and bobs received, toy, food etc.

At the night of our stay was a big local party organized in hotel, so when we returned back from walk in Mali Losinj, it was almost impossible to find parking lot. But guess this was only for one night and we had just bad timing.

The location is great, staff is really welcoming, the rooms are clean

There are too many stairs to go to the beach- not an issue for us but saw many older people struggling. One thing really bothered me is that everything comes with an extra charge- room service 10 euros service fee, sunbeds you need to pay, etc. And I must say the wellness area is not very nice

The hotel is in a beautiful location. The staff are friendly. The food is tasty and varied. The wellness facilities are good.

There are, however, a few areas that could be improved. The head of the restaurant service is arrogant and unfriendly. It would also be helpful if the staff member at the entrance to the dining room had a better knowledge of the local language, as this would make communication with guests easier. In my opinion, some aspects of the hotel do not quite match the expectations of a four-star property. The rooms could benefit from better sound insulation, as noise from neighbouring rooms can be heard quite clearly. The laminate flooring also contributes to the overall impression of noise. The roller shutters on the windows are rather loud when manually raised or lowered and can be disturbing, particularly for neighbouring rooms. Although there is a refrigerator in the room, a minibar would be a useful addition. The parking area is spacious, although the layout makes parking and manoeuvring somewhat difficult. Guests booking a room with a sea view should be aware that the trees partially obstruct the view. In our case, the sea was only partially visible, making the view somewhat closer to a park view than expected.
