The accessible room was excellent but rather further away from the lift than expected but ok as my husband was in a motorised chair
We could find no fault excellent and well situated for the events we came for

Central location. Spacious room, very clean, lovely staff
Breakfast area could have been a little less canteen like and more inviting

The location was great, the breakfast was good although crowded. The lifts are fast and worked well
The AC in the room was ineffective and noisy
