A lovely spacious room with good facilities including kettle, coffee machine, table and chairs, fridge (with a selection of drinks included), TV, Bose sound system. The location couldn’t be much better just a few hundred metres from the Menin Gate - close to all the action but set in a quiet part of the city. The parking space was handy as you didn’t have to worry about finding a space when you were returning from a day out. Ria the host was super friendly and helpful offering lots of advice.

Probably one of the best B&Bs I have ever stayed in. Great hosts, very comfortable rooms and breakfasts that were just amazing

Ria is a wonderful host making us feel very welcome and at home. Good size rooms with en suite bathrooms. The breakfast was amazing and a good choice of food. Our coeliac friend was also catered for. The accommodation is a few minutes walk from town and the Menin Gate. Lots of good places to eat but would definitely recommend Mary's Irish Bar.
Thank you so much Ria for our wonderful stay!
