Great location, value for money. Comfy bed and pillows. Not friendy staff, didn't speak to us at all, not welcoming busy being on their phones rather than interacting with guests, not even saying 'hello'.

The staff were very welcoming and provided helpful information. It was great to be able to leave our luggage there even though our room wasn't ready yet. The location is very close to downtown. The room and bathroom were clean.
No elevator, uncomfortable pillows and a very small bathroom
8 / 10Eccellente·set 2026
The staff were very friendly and helpful. They saw that we had big bags and put us on the first floor, helping with the bags. The room was a great size and, even without air conditioning, it was comfortable enough. The pillows, whilst small by Australian standards, were comfortable and the mattress was supporting.
It was hard to find and much further away from Brussels-Midi than I anticipated. There was building work going on, which created noise and mess outside (the hotel couldn't help that).
