The property is amazing. Very well-located, very clean and comfortable, the best bed I have slept during my trip!, amazing sea views and very friendly staff. Good connection with the old town. Easy to move around Dubrovnik from here.
The only thing I did not like were the towels. They were very clean but very rough feeling in your skin. I think using clothes softener will be a good option.

Good location & fab views. Lovely welcome on arrival and given lots of good info about the area. Nice little splash pool if you don’t want to walk down 181 steps to the beach (or walk back up!) .
Apartment had everything you need for a few days stay - any longer you would need a washing machine but that’s just my preference again
On the whole the apartment was very modern clean and spacious
Chairs around splash pool need to be comfier - just my personal preference
Noise from other guests does travel quite a bit as no carpets - but again nothing to really worry about

No breakfast provided
Property not suitable for disabled- loads of steps to get to the 3rd floor apartment.
180+ steps to get down to the sea.
The number of stairs required to go down to the sea.

Location was very good.Nice view.
The bed wasn’t comfy at all,the bedding was very poor quality especially the towels. The kitchen stuff was an older generation, the bedroom was very dark and I would suggest to make a bedroom in the room with the balcony and move a kitchen to the bedroom area.
