Spacious, clean, lots of cupboard space- great to unpack and wash our clothes after being on the go. Location was fantastic- Close to beach, promenade and restaurant strip.

I loved everything about this apartment. It was nice that it had an extra toilet and washing machine. It was very close to the beach, lots of restaurants nearby and also very close to a taxi stand and bus stop which made it easy to go to old town.

Not having an elevator. So if you have more luggage and older people it would be tough to walk up and down 3 flights of stairs. But that’s the case with most apartments in Dubrovnik….

This was one of the best apartments that we ever stayed at and we travel a lot! We felt at home from the very beginning because the apartment has everything you might need. The owner thought of even the smallest details - the kitchen is fully equipped, clean, spacious, and light (as is the entire apartment). Matea made it easy to collect the keys, no problems were experienced whatsoever. The apartment has a reserved parking place right in front of the building. Air conditioning in all rooms and a very spacious bathroom.

We were there for 5 days. The apartment is very cozy and beautiful. It has everything you need for your stay. It is very close to the beach, good restaurants, shops and a bus stop. It is easy to get from the apartment to the old town. We felt there like home. The owner was really polite and helpful.

Excellent apartment, spacious and clean. The host couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful. The location is perfect for a walk into the city or the local bus service provides an excellent alternative. Dubrovnik is fabulous and staying in lapad provides a great base! We will be back

The host is super friendly and attentive. She was very sweet to buy us some chocolate and local wine to welcome us. The apartment is very clean with everything you need at home. It is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood with supermarket just 2 mins away.

The beach nearby is within walking distance, but it is hard to find a restaurant opened for a proper breakfast and lunch there or nearby. It could be quite noisy at night time when people singing loud at the pubs of the beach. Better bring small luggage with you, otherwise, you need to be super strong to move your heavy luggage up to the 4th floor by stairs.

Fantastic apartment very clean with great air con in all areas/ rooms. All facilities where of a high quality. Beautiful views from living room and balcony- great location for the supermarket and bus station. Beach just down the road and restaurants within walking distance too. Great airport shuttle available too from the host- who was extremely responsive and helpful. Sun lounger pads and parasols at property for your use- which we found very helpful as the beach areas are rocky. Thank you for a fantastic trip!
