I can’t say enough good things about Apartment Nea, Niko and his family! They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, and literally saved us in a last minute situation with transportation. The apartment itself is lovely and super comfortable, with great views all around. The location is very convenient, close to the bus stop and in a quiet neighborhood in Lapad. We loved everything about our stay, and as everyone mentioned, we can’t forget about the delicious welcome cake from Niko’s mom! Highly recommend this place!

Nothing at all.

We have just returned from a wonderful week at Apartment Nea. The location in Lapad was perfect for us. 5 minutes to the beach. Bus stop at end of the road and the bus into the old town took about 10 minutes. Close to some lovely restaurants and small supermarket. Niko and his mum are really lovely and close by if we needed anything. The apartment is well equipped and modern and in a quiet safe residential area. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Dubrovnik.

No complaints

Sehr modern und neuwertig, sehr freundliche Vermieter, Zur Begrüßung gab es einen leckeren Kuchen!

The appartment was very clean and comfortable, nicely furnished with all needed appliances and felt like home. We enjoyed that it was very quiet area with almost no traffic noise og parties. It was a lot of space for our family of 6. Appartment has aircondition and it worked well during hot days. It was short distance to supermarket, bakery, bus stop, and of course to the lovely beach. Short ride to the Old town took 15 minutes by buss and we did not need rental car for our stay. Nice terrasse outside was a nice spot to relax and also follow tortules in the garden, so fun for the kids! Nico and family was really nice and helpfull and made our stay comfortable and provided all information we needed. And of course a special thanks for a delicious cherry cake to Nico’s mother! Hope to come back next summer 😊

Everything was perfect!
