Home from home. Fabulous hosting from Karolina - professional, warm, knowledgeable, informative and generous. The room and the outside space were completed to a high standard, had everything we needed and very well maintained. This will be our go to location on return. Thank you!

From the personalized greeting by Karolina to the tour of the villa to the very end of our stay, this was a wonderful experience. The property is in a great location with easy access to the sites of Dubrovnik. The villa is beautiful and updated and so crisp and clean. All of the design touches are showing some really good taste. The pool area is beautiful, there is a fully equipped workout room, and all the ‘gotta have’ appliances are very helpful/convenient. Karolina is a superstar. She communicated with us prior to arrival (very timely and helpful) and was very responsive to our inquiries. Just a no-worry experience for us.
The pool is beautiful, their fountain is a super feature and there are totally enough lounges for all. The one thing is the pool water temperature was super cold. 4-5 other guests said the same thing. I am not kidding…we swam in the sea and it was not as cold as the pool. I am not sure why that is the case.

We are so glad that we choose this spot to stay. Coming back to the peaceful ambience after a busy day in the old town was delightful. The loungers are very comfortable for relaxing, the pool was a beautiful addition to the villa. There was an abundance of bakeries, shops and restaurants a short walk away for visits. The room itself was very comfortable, with a very efficient air conditioning unit. Karolina was a wonderful host, providing an excellent summary of places to visit during our stay. She was friendly, polite and I appreciated her personable approach to welcoming us and always available for assistance or at friendly chat. I would be delighted to return here on a future trip to Dubrovnik. Thank you Karolina!
