Hotel Tetora Kyoto Station

Close to Tokyo station, friendly staff, the breakfast was really good and authentic!! Staffs are a chefs kiss.. would recommend this hotel 200%.. be aware that we are in Japan, its smaller a room than in the states or Canada, but you are in hotel only yo sleep, so its really fine.

Da localização, por ser perto da estação de trem e perto de um shopping mall, bem em frente. Há cortesia por oferecer um snack à noite, incluindo cerveja, saquê, refrigerante. O quarto tinha duas camas de casal e deixou o espaço bom. Há um banho público sem taxas.

O café da manhã é muito oriental. Não há frutas nem ovos, nem leite.

The staff at the reception and their attitude, some where really strange people, or rude at the front desk, the cleaning staff asking questions to customers and talking really loud in the corridors and laughing forgetting was a place to sleep. The young guy at the front was rude and very lazy. The hotel in the corridors and rooms is very very humid even when using the air-conditioning. Under the bed there was so much dust and mold with dust! I noticed that the customers in the breakfast had my same cough for the same reason. Mold and dust. The breakfast was really poor and very few things for international travelers, they focused mostly towards Japanese, when they get money from also non Japanese, so they should also offer more for those who doesn't eat rice or fish in the morning.
