As soon as you enter there is a feeling of competence, grandeur and comfort.
Staff professional.
Room including bathroom generous size, very clean. Beds comfortable. So appreciated after long journey. Mini bar if required.
Location is great for Station, Opera House and Munch museum.
Breakfast was the best of our 9 day trip. A lovely older oriental waitress made a perfect pot of tea. Thank you again.
Nothing.
Noticed a small hole in one duvet cover which should really have been spotted when pressed or when putting on. It did not effect enjoyment of room as everything was very clean and comfortable.

The room itself. Comfortable and very user friendly.
A few front desk staff not very good but some others excellent. Laundry service way over
-priced!.

Great Location
Comfortable Room
Breakfast was so busy that we couldn't find a table. The restaurant capacity clearly was NOT enough to serve so many people. After two days we didn't even bother going anymore.
The young blonde guy working at the reception was very rude and clearly does not know how to speak or treat hotel customers.
