The location of the property is superb, allowing you to sprawl along orchard before reaching ION and the rest of the top places in the area.

Location
Some staff are looking down on Asian. I saw the the difference between Philippina and myself. I noticed the difference how I was treated ( very nice and respectful) and my wife you can say unfriendly. Most of the staff were OK and helpful. Some senior staff members were eager to get a positive feedback.

It’s unbelievable to pay $400 per night for a hotel and not even have water available in the room. When you go down to reception to ask for it, they say they’ll send it up, but then it takes an hour for the water to arrive.
