Swiss-Grand Beach Resort Kuantan - Newly Upgraded 5-Star

Reception : was smooth cause i made all the payment before check in… Staff were also friendly and professional included the security guards.. Rooms : spacious…mattress n bedsheets also clean n no stain…n comfortable enough for my family Breakfast : many choices n all fresh….quite delicious… Beach and pool also kids friendly…we enjoyed so much this time

Room : i dont like the carpet because it was hard n have sharp edges when i step on it…i think should have change to quite soft carpet… The floor at the balcony was dirty with bird shit n insects…need to wear slipper…. I found used coffee capsules in the coffee machine from the previous resident…i think the housekeeper didnt checked properly… Breakfast….hashbrown was soggy n maybe it was served too early or reheat…i took chicken rendang n it still raw…can see the blood coming through the chicken… Coffee also not really hit my taste compared my previous stay

I told them that i am vegan, gluten free not much choice I can have other than fruits, wanted to take a few oranges back to room to make juice since they can’t make it for me (that day was green juice, they don’t want to mix/ wash the juicer), they said can just have it here.
