What really stood out was the staff. Their level of care and attentiveness fully matched the five-star experience I was hoping for. There was an issue during my stay, but it was handled with such grace that I barely remember the problem itself — only the exceptional customer service. As someone who’s stayed in hotels all over the world, that kind of response is rare and deeply appreciated.
The rooms have real old-world charm and a genuine boutique feel — full of character rather than modern slickness. It’s not a polished, contemporary hotel; it feels rich, warm, and homey. Breakfast was excellent and an experience in itself!
A true five-star experience in every way that matters.

Fantastic buffet and made-to-order breakfast.
Amazing junior suite - very well laid out and furnished; wonderful bathroom.
Beautiful hotel. The interior is full of artworks and intimate seating areas, not to mention a full size pool table :). Also a great outdoor seating area.
Excellent staff with a special mention of Andrew at reception.
