The location was amazing, very close to the river. The staff was very kind.

The breakfast was always the same for 7 days and the room was dated even though the pictures didn't show it. It fell more like 3 stars than 4

Ottimo hotel,a 2 minuti dalla fermata del bus e a 15 minuti dalla Piazza della Cattedrale. Camera spaziosa,pulita e silenziosa.Bagno pulito.Colazione abbondante nel salato un po' meno nel dolce ma è lo standard d tutti i Paesi Baltici.

It was close to the event i was attending.

The breakfest hall (restaurant) too small,first day when I came for breakfest not enough space. Breakfest time at 8am is too late at Saturdays.

The only positive aspects of our stay were the warm rooms and the good quality of the breakfast.

The hotel itself feels both morally and physically outdated. Renovation works were taking place in the lobby at the time of our arrival, which immediately created a poor first impression. One of our rooms did not have a minibar, and the floor was clearly not clean. The bathroom interior was very old-fashioned and looked like it had not been updated since the early 2000s. The swimming pool was extremely cold and practically unusable. Upon arrival, I paid for my reservation in full and asked where to park my car. I also provided my vehicle registration number during check-in. At no point was I informed that parking would cost an additional EUR 10 per day. This information is also missing from the Booking.com hotel description, which I find misleading.
