One elevator has been out of action (perhaps reserved for SHA+ use) on the last two occasions we have stayed in the hotel, meaning invariably waiting for one of the two remaining lifts. In the living area of the suites you can connect to your Netflix account on the TV, but in the bedroom you can't and the choice of TV chanels in the bedroom is awful.

breakfast was very good . Since we were a big group I requested rooms either on the same floor or next to each other but I was not granted either. location was great.

Que te hacen pagar para subir al roof 500tbh si que es un bar bonito . Si tienes estancia en el hotel deberías tener derecho a subir sin pagar que sea una vez

Welll, recurring customer here but seems like they have stopped caring about their guests. My room has water leaking, people calling the landline and knocking doors on DND MODE. Flight was delayed and informed the reception about checking out an hour late, which they were okay with until some untrained staff didn’t want to understand and kept demanding a check out. First time I have experienced this at Fraser Suites and it takes away the very important thing about this hotel which is the service.

الفندق نظيف وقريب من المستشفي الامريكي وشارع العرب وكل الخدمات قريبه من الفندق. الموظفين ودودين ومعاملتهم حسنه وخاصة موظفة اسمها Best كانت الأفضل في السوال عن تقديم الخدمات بشكل يومي

عاملات النظافة مزعجات في دق جرس الغرفة للتنظيف اكثر من مره. الممر الى المستشفى الامريكي ضيق جدا لا ينفع لأصحاب الكراسي المتحركة. نقاط الكهرباء للتعبئة اكثرها لا تعمل تحتاج لاستبدال

Staff non gentile non c hanno spiegato manco la mappatura dell hotel siamo arrivati alle 9 del mattino dopo 15 ore di volo con una bambina e non volevano farci fare il check in in anticipo c hanno chiesto altro 200 euro se volevamo entrare alle 9 ovviamente bisognava aspettare solo 3 ore non aveva senso tutto quello che proponevano . L ultimo giorno c’è arrivato il secondo cane e dopo aver pagato 10000 bhat per un cane per 5 giorni per il secondo cane c hanno richiesto la solita somma per solo 5 ore e saremmo andati via . L unica che è stata gentile e ha fatto in modo che potemmo ricuperare il nostro cane dall’aeroporto è stata cockie molto gentile e preparata tutto il resto dello staff non preparato per un hotel a 5 stelle
