Helpful staff at the reception. First-rate housecleaning staff (shout-out to Zai). Spacious room. Nothing really stood out at breakfast, but it was convenient and varied, with half a dozen prepared dishes, plus soups, fruit, salads and salad fixings, cereals, and pastries. The restaurant has a limited menu and is open only until 5:00 p.m. Only a five-minute walk to the Bumrumgrad Hospital and fifteen minutes to the Nana BTS station. Bangkok is huge and the traffic is horrendous, so pick your spot to stay. Citrus Sukhumvit 11 is a good choice for the area. I would stay here again.
There's some street noise, even on the sixth floor, and there are occasional muffled sounds from the hall. Not really a problem. The street where the hotel is located is heavily trafficked on weekdays and weeknights and the sidewalk there varies from narrow to nonexistent.
