Radisson Suites Bangkok Sukhumvit

Stayed in Room 404 was a very nice room with kitchenette, was an upgrade, quite location. Staff were very helpful at all times and go far beyond to make Guests happy. Free Afternoon Tea and Coffee were a nice touch also.

The Location is a bit fair to walk each day to Sukhumvit Road but Shuttle is good, and places to visit in the Soi anyway. The AC is noisy typical of all Thai Hotels. My first room smelt of old Cigarette smoke so they changed and next one was worse, final one was great. The Fragrance they use to cover it up is overpowering I think it makes it worse, even in the Lobby.

We enjoyed our time in Bangkok! There was so much to see and experience. One of our favourite experiences was the canal boat tour, seeing a different side of Bangkok and getting a glimpse of everyday life along the waterways. The tuk-tuk adventure was another highlight — exciting, a little chaotic and definitely something we’ll remember! We loved eating our way around downtown Bangkok. The food was delicious and incredibly affordable, and we were especially impressed by the beautiful orchids used to decorate our plates — such a lovely touch. Of course, we couldn’t resist the shopping either, and came home with plenty of souvenirs! Bangkok is busy, colourful, vibrant and full of life. We loved the friendly atmosphere and the wonderful mix of old and new. It was such a memorable part of our trip, and we would definitely come back.

However, one thing we found disappointing was the musty, tropical carpet odour throughout the hotel. Unfortunately, the smell lingered on our clothes even after we left, which was quite unpleasant. We hope this can be addressed, as otherwise we had a very enjoyable stay.

The room, despite being non smoking, stank of cigarettes. The TV didn't turn off and the remote was missing, I had to pull the plug out to sleep, the AC wasn't great
