the policy no insurance charge the location the staff specially berm was very kind and would do anything to help without charge

the AC filter should be clean at least every 2 years or changed if it’s old or damaged and please provide us ashtrays on the balcony for safety purpose

Not helpful staff. I accidentally booked the hotel for 3 nights. As soon as I realise that I sent a change of dates. Before check-in, I explained this to the staff members . But the receptionist was rude she said she can't approve the date change. I told them that I am not staying for 3 nights and to be fair I asked them to charge it for one night, But they declined it and charge it for 3 nights. but I didn't stay in the place for more than 30 minutes.

The room is small but comfortable. The location is 200 m from Bumrungrad hospital which was very convenient for me since I was in Bangkok for a medical follow up at Bumrungrad. The staff at the hotel were very nice and pleasant to deal with.

There were many issues with the room, first there was a major air conditioning leak 1/2 hour after I arrived. Then there was one light in the bathroom that was blinking non-stop. And finally the door key didn't work most of the time unless I had to learn to wiggle the door handle the "right way" before inserting the key.

the service was very good specially with Mr. Boss.
