The staff is friendly, approachable and helpful. Place is clean suite is well appointed. Breakfast has a good spread.

I stayed at Arcadia for 6 weeks for my summer internship and had a really positive experience in general. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The gym and pool were great and I used them most days. The location is fantastic and there are loads of great malls, food places, coffee shops nearby which I would visit during my time staying at Arcadia. The breakfast was good. They allow you to get food and items delivered to Arcadia which is very helpful. The room cleaning is really useful. The room I was staying in was great.

The only slight issues I had was sometimes my glasses and plates weren't cleaned thoroughly after room cleaning. I also felt there could have been slightly more food options for breakfast. These are minor points compared to all the great things at Arcadia however.

Spacious room with washing machine and kitchen area.

Overpriced. Not up to date. Creates impression of old location. Breakfast quite simple. Swimming pool was not really inviting for a swim. And location is not easy to reach BTS, even though there is a nice and free of charge Tuk Tuk service. Again, the staff gives its best, the property has seen better days and is overpriced.
