Overall a decent hotel with large renovated rooms, polite reception staff and good room amenities. The location is convenient if you need quick access to the ring road.

The restaurant was terrible and overpriced, I ordered veal schnitzel and pasta, both arrived together, barely edible, and disgusting. Breakfast was acceptable but the service was unprofessional. For visitors coming to see Sofia the hotel is far from the city center, there is no covered parking and the parking itself is overpriced for such a peripheral location. The hotel is expensive and not worth the price, you will find better and cheaper hotels in the city center.

I'd like to admit that my room was really nice and comfortable, the temperature was fine and adjustable.

I don't like the option with free WiFi, I wasn't able to use it on my working laptop, it simply couldn't switch to it. Also for mobils calls via WiFi the quality and performance was really poor. Also one of receptionists who checked me in, did a mistake in my invoice, and I'm still waiting for the corrected one from the administration, as it's required to report for my company financial department. I also have to add that for some reason, the hot water needed to be wait for some time when it finally started to be hot and not cold in my room and in my colleagues' rooms.
