Excellent location, with a free shuttle bus from Sofia airport. The bus driver was very helpful, and the reception manager on duty was lovely, very welcoming. The room was very quiet

It was ROASTING in the room, there was an air con control though, I just didn't find until the morning!

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport. But for getting back to terminal2 one must make a great detour

I will never stay here again. This was the third time a party was going on in the rooms above me. If you call the reception, they offer you another room, but to get up in the middle of the night and go to another room destroys your sleep anyway. Also the muzak in the corridors is so loud, you can hear it in the room. The bedsheets are not comfortable due to probably polyester.

This was the second time we stayed at this hotel before a transatlantic flight - we chose it deliberately. Since there are a number of advantages in case of early departure or late arrival - the airport is practically nearby, the hotel provides a transfer, there is an early breakfast, you can order food to your room using a robot, the rooms are spacious and with a good evening view, there is a tea corner and all the necessary cosmetics. And a great brand of cosmetics!The staff is very polite and does everything professionally. The hotel differs from some others (near airport) in its frequency and pleasant design.

A minor inconvenience was that for some reason the hair dryer socket in the bathroom did not work. And I'd do something about cleaning the bathroom countertops (maybe I'd find a better chemical that would help get drips and caked-on shampoo off the light-colored surface). But it was still great.

Pick up point is not evident.. I wish you could have a free bottle of water in the room as a welcome.. it is just a good tone.. cheap and very needed, especially if you go directly from the airport and no place to pay 2-3 eur for small bottle of water… I am now in Plovdiv same chain.. and they do have two small bottles in room as a compliment..
