The wifi was terrible. It’s so slow it’s impossible to do any work. This would be a disincentive to me staying there again for work. In 2024 major hotels should be able to provide free usable wifi. My colleague had the same issue

Great location, lots of places to eat around hotel and close location to Tower bridge

I like the location, close to train station, borough market, thames river.

If possible please let me know the lower price for my reference to stay for the next.

We booked the Hilton thanks to Ashdon the concierge! We were lost and looking for London Bridge Hospital so we called in to the Hilton to ask for directions. Ashdon was so kind and helpful and printed out directions for us. Hence, when my husband was admitted to the hospital a week or so later I chose to stay at The Hilton - Ashdon had created such a good impression! Indeed we discovered that all the staff were as kind and helpful not to mention sympathetic during a stressful time for me. So a big thank you to all concerned!

Reception staff very welcoming, gave great information about the hotel and what was around to do. Room was spacious and had everything needed.

After coming back to the hotel after the evening out with my husband we sat down to have a late night drink we was asked by a staff member if we was staying at the hotel, which we was she then asked us to prove this which we showed her our room key she then let us sit for a drink. After waiting around 10 minutes to be served as the lady was serving other people who walked in after us we noticed she had not asked anyone else if they were staying at the hotel or to prove they was, the lady eventually came to our table and asked again if we are sure we are guests at the hotel which I replied yes I’ve already shown you our room key and the room number is 515 at this point I was quite embarrassed as people were looking at us and listening me and my husband ordered our drinks paid and just took them to our room as we found this service quite rude and uncomfortable.

The location is fantastic, very close to all attractions, lots of cafes and restaurants and at the same time reasonable quite

On check-in. the staff was so busy with some friends or colleagues visiting that they basically did not pay much attention to us. We we're not asked/offered breakfast, I had to ask where the elevator us etc. We were not given a warm cookie as in other Hilton hotels. There some pieces of paper on the room floor, not cleared up from previous guests. The sink was half blocked. The coffee machine was not working. When I asked to replace it, I was offered instant coffee instead.

It’s in the perfect location, close access to the tube station. The hotel is beautiful and well set out, the staff are friendly and welcoming, the rooms are lovely with comfortable beds. We shall definitely return on our next visit.

Good location with great buffet breakfast

Room/bathroom wasn’t that clean. Inside the door was covered in dust, bathroom surfaces not cleaned and shower leaked water all over the floor. Plus found a false finger nail on the bedroom floor by my bed

Breakfast very poor, ran out of items far to soon soon and had to wait for eggs.

The location is good for getting to the 02 and the bed was comfy.

The bathroom was mouldy, the lights in the room didn’t work properly meaning we had to turn on and off other lights to get bathroom lights on.

Όλα ήταν υπέροχα, ως τα περίμενα δηλαδή . Το δε πρωινό ανεπανάληπτο. Δε θα το ξεχάσω ποτέ.

Αυτό που θα παρατηρήσω και μάλιστα σε τέτοιας κατηγορίας ξενοδοχείο, είναι το ότι παρά το γεγονός ότι αναγράφεται στις παροχές, η ύπαρξη παντοφλών στο δωμάτιο, εντούτοις δεν είχε. Χρειάστηκε να δουλέψω μέσα στο δωμάτιο με…τα παπούτσια κι ένα ακόμα που θα παρατηρήσω, το WiFi ήταν κάκιστο έως ανύπαρκτο στον 3ο όροφο που είμασταν εμείς, τόσο που απηύδησα. Τελικά επειδή είχαμε στο πρόγραμμα, να επισκεφτούμε το Βρετανικό μουσείο εκείνο το απόγευμα, πήρα μαζί μου το tablet εργασίας μου και δούλεψα, έκανα τη δουλειά μου δηλαδή , στο ισόγειο του μουσείου, στα παγκάκια των επισκεπτών!!

The location is excellent, many things that you can visit are around the hotel. The staff was amazing and they were very open to helping us with all the questions we had. The room was speechless.

I have one thing that I didn't like. We had the anniversary package and in the personalized message, my partner's name wasn't mentioned. It was just my name & "partner". It would have been amazing to ask for it.. :) The bathtub was a bit small but other than that, we were very happy.

The London Tower Bridge was so close. It was really beautiful and amazing just to take a little solo walk.

I asked a quiet room but got a connecting room. No wifi or internet (4/5G) in the room in 2024. Room equipment very average, breakfast similar to a 3 stars hotel, requests were ignored and not handle, it took 15minutes to check out . Not good value for such high price.
