Size of room, friendly staff, convenient location.
More disabled parking, breakfast could have been warmer with more than 1 slice of toast, toilet flush was temperamental. Gap under door allowing hallway light through.

Everything seemed good, shame we missed breakfast
Seems lost property is all over the place, I left a t shirt there, so I contacted them regarding it, they said they found one but for a different brand, strange because no one in my room had a t-shirt from that brand, as I asked my friends if they picked up my t shirt by accident, they hadn't. I called back to enquire again, and no there is no lost property logged for that stay, which does not make any sense.
