nice and quiet place for family stay, nice restaurant and the Ana was absolutely brilliant we felt really looked after. we will come back 100% - I am adding this hotel to my favorite stay list.

Extremely comfortable, well lit, good water pressure, well ventilated and good atmosphere at the hotel.
The air con decided to turn off as it pleased rarely staying on for longer than 1min.

Lovely helpful staff, super comfy beds. Great location for access to M4 and M5.
Old TV in my room had no access to guest services and no alternative info was provided, this is such an easy thing to fix and yet it wasn't done.. Shower was so narrow I could not relax in it and had to be very careful whilst washing my hair - I am 5'4" and not a sturdy build so that is not great.

Just normal like any other place. Its more similar to Travelodge Room rather than other Hiltons I stayed. No other issues.
There was no mention of an absence of a lift in this place. The young man at the checkin was kind enough to gaive us a help to carry the hand luggage upstairs. Perhaps this should be mentioned for older folks or someone who may not be able to climb up with their luggage.
