The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The property is situated in a highly tranquil setting offering a great view of the river. If you are traveling by car, the location is strategically sound—providing immediate access to the River Dee and the surrounding South Deeside area, while maintaining easy proximity to Aberdeen.

Excellent bathroom ammenities.
The breakfast was a bit of a letdown. While the cooked breakfast was good, there is room for improvement. The fundamentals fell short: the coffee was surprisingly weak, and the orange juice was substandard.
@Hotelstaff: Regarding the approach to the property: on the fairly long drive onto the estate, there are very bright lamps that shine directly into the driver's face rather than illuminating the surroundings. If you arrive by night, keep your sunglasses handy.

Location was stunning with a lovely atmosphere. Staff were lovely and generally was a nice hotel.
Bed was extremely uncomfortable mattress felt old and thin. Cobwebs in the corner of the bathroom , all round the window frames in bedroom and bathroom were cobwebs and dead flies. Room must have been next to a heating pump or something as the noise of something kicking in and then shutting out happened several times a minute for the whole time we were there.
