I loved getting to stay in a heritage building with so much history.
It was clean, staff were friendly and in a fantastic location.

My room was super quiet and on the top floor (floor 4). I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is in a great location, the staff were super friendly. The value for money is great. My only comment is that the shower screen leaked water into the bathroom floor, but outside of that - it was a perfect stay!

Reception staff were exceptional. Very helpful and welcoming. Arranged free upgrade of our room. Room was made up each day and fresh towels provided.
Close to many good eateries and restaurants. Close to supermarket. 10-15 minute walk to St Vincents hospital.
Loved the hotel's heritage and charm. Ceiling trim decoration etc.
Street noise (we were in a room that fronted onto the street) could be heard at times. Bathroom ceiling fan a little noisy whilst in use.
Note. I would still come back. Overall a good and comfortable experience.

Great location. Room seemed newly decorated and clean.
Shower flooded as plug full of hair, nowhere to hang towels in bathroom. Fridge not working.
Biggest problem was noise from 7 am from workmen in room above. Sounded like we were on a building site. We had flown over night with no sleep to be woken early was not what we expected.
