Basic but clean and comfortable hotel in Potts Point. Location was superb and in easy access to St Vincent;s hospital where my husband was a patient. The initial room I was given was noisy mainly from some sort of air conditioning vent I think but when I requested to be moved, the staff were helpful and obliging and I was moved to a quieter room which had a fabulous view over Elizabeth Bay. The fridge and kettle were very helpful. The hotel also had a laundry room which I didn't need to use but good to know it was there. Staff were friendly and polite. Towels were plentiful and good quality. Hotel was close to a supermarket, cafes and restaurants, not far from Kings Cross statin and close to lovely walks around Elizabeth and Rushcutters Bays. I would use it again.

The noisy room I was initially given but as I said staff relocated me to another quieter room. However, if I'd have had to stay in the initial room I know I wouldn't have had much sleep and my stay wouldn't have been the pleasant experience it turned out to be.

Was cheap considering the competition and our requirements for three beds and being in the city. Wifi worked well. Location was hit or miss depending what you are in the city for as this was just a stop over location for us passing through before we flew out again but if your there for what the area is known to provide its a great location. Seperate kitchen and bathroom area and was easy to get in and out of the building.

Not enough power points and the air con location in our room is located right next to one of our beds which may be great for those hot summer months but less than ideal any other time. Area is in one of the more infamous parts of town but that can be a positive or negative. Old school hotel so don’t expect modern up to date facilities
