We had a 3 bedroom apartment. Was a great size. Great facilities. Great view. Close to so much. Kids loved watching the Slingshot out thier window.

Nothing really, the hotel could probably use a few new updates in the next few years. But nothing major stuck out to us.

Location Clean

Good location. Room was decent size.

No hot water for our stay. Booking.com has littered my email with post stay rubbish. Send it once and let it go. The room wasn’t ready at 2pm.

The staff were friendly, location is central and within walking distance to great food etc

Had issue finding car park late Friday night. Took half hour of driving. Why does each apartment not have its own dedicated car park? Also cars a bit noisy out on street all night.

Amazing location, incredible view, good price and fantastic facilities.

Fridge was so loud. Vacuum cleaner didn’t work properly and hadn’t been emptied for a long time. Apartment and carpets need a good clean and make over but for the price and location I am still very happy.

Had to buy a frypan and some other items that weren’t there.

1. The overall apartment was a bit dated and needs some TLC. 2. The property only does cleaning once a week 3. Booking.com sneakily added a 1.1% surcharge fee which was annoying and not called out upfront.

Location was great, the view was pretty good with the balconies on both sides of the apartment.

The staff member was quick checking us in, but she did not explain the parking situation clearly and we ended up parking under the wrong tower and obviously our keys would not let us up the elevator and ended up walking to the other elevator. Just a simple " park in the area for your tower" would have made things easier.

Rooms are a bit dated. Also we found the door stop on the bathroom is in a bad location as we kept on kicking our toe on it everytime we used the bathroom.

Needs I good clean, would also be good if they put more coffee, milk, dishwasher cleaner and toilet paper in the room when you book for a week rather than just 1 nights worth. The pool was not clean as I have I child with a middle ear infection and all the kids ended up with peeling dried out faces and sore lips. Also in the main bedroom the fire sprinkler kept tricking through the night.

The location was excellent, the room had great views and the price was good.

we loved the facilities and how close it was to everything.

we didn’t like waking up at 3am to a waterfall pouring through our bedroom window and having to stay in a damp room for a night because we weren’t offered a new room or any money back, which did cause my partner to become sick.

Location was perfect! The apartment wasn't modern but it was fine for my family! We had an amazing ocean view on the 29th floor in tower one! The apartment was fantastic lots of space. Its not brand new but its clean and comfortable. The kids loved the pools and over all we had a great stay. I was a little concerned with the reviews but so happy I stuck with my booking. Everything at your fingertips! The staff were lovely and I didn't need anything extra. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks for an amazing time.

The dryer wasn't great but it was warm enough for things to dry over night. And my one issue is the door doesn't lock on the inside my daughter is a sleep walker 😱 could have been a disaster had I not woke up! Over all no complaints. Just not ideal with the door locks and the balconies don't lock either so keep this in mind.

The floor tiles were in poor condition and the toilet cistern in the bathroom didn’t shut off.
