Trilogy Surfers Paradise

Pool area was awesome, nice property nice staff

Bit close to main road so was a little noisy if you are in the tower closer to the road

Location is very good. The apartment was clean. A short walk to the tram at Cypress Avenue or to go into Surfers Paradise. The swimming pool and spa pool was great. Open from 7am to 10pm everyday. The gardens and water features were pristine and well cared for. We had a mid stay clean with fresh linen and towels, which I appreciated.

We stayed in APT 374 for 1 week and all the furnishings were cheap and showed wear and tear. The laminate furniture was peeling and every lamp had a shade that was tilted and wonky. Curtains had been pulled off in places so hung lower than the rail. Poor Foxtel reception for the Warriors game. Lots of stains on the carpet. The master bedroom queen bed was made with a ripped sheet and was worn out, every time my partner or I moved the bed wobbled. Ensuite shower has no shelf in the shower to put any items on. They all had to go on the floor in a very small shower. The kitchen utensils were so basic, pots and pans, crockery all so cheap. The outside balcony didn't feel that clean and the table and chairs weren't practical for the balcony size. It didn't feel like it had been mopped for a long time and the glass bannister was very dirty. For a 4 star property I would have expected better quality. It was a bit disappointing but no surprise when the apartments are individually owned.

It is an amazing place. I loved the modern property!

The beddings weren't changed at all for the 3 days I was there. I expected a change even once for clean bedsheets

We loved the heated pool and spa. It’s was a good ending to a big day out

The beds were uncomfortable. Very lumpy and uneven. Some pillows were thin & soft while some were rock hard and thick
