First time at Kinmel & happy with our stay. The lounge bar area was tasteful & comfortable. Our room was of a good standard & the bathroom was nice. We visited the spa which was lovely. The sauna & steam room are excellent. There is a lovely hydrotherapy pool to relax in.
Personally, I found the mattress too hard for me. Nothing else

Room, service and food. Met all expectations.
Unfortunately couldn't access parking area due to damaged barrier rail and had to return to main road to other access. No fault of hotel though.

We loved how easy it was to get around , easy access too the spa and restaurants, very private and quite
The room wasn’t as up to standard to the other parts of the hotel, was still lovely but could have a slight up lift

Room was nice, spa facilities were basic but nice. Just awful times to work around with kids.
Food wasn’t very good, over priced and not very eatable! Breakfast was cold. Evening meals were even worse. Everything we ordered during our stay sometime was wrong.
