Excellent property… nice rooms, nice swimming pools, nice restaurants, great view of the sea, spacious dog park, truly pet friendly (dogs are allowed everywhere and it is built with so much thought put into what makes it great for pets)..,friendly and helpful staff…met the owner and his wife… very polite and friendly people…everything is great. This property is going to be my favourite for my annual Isle of Wight visit without doubt.
I think the rooms need Air conditioning… they get a little uncomfortable in the heat we are seeing these days in the summer. Also, if only there was a lift in the old building… my 13 year old arthritic dog had trouble using the stairs and the place was fully booked… so, they couldn’t move us to a ground floor room either.

It’s convenience and lovely setting. Check in staff was lovely
The dinner menu and food was poor - breakfast only a little better

Great location, friendly staff and breakfast was great. Pools were all great.
I have previously stayed in your sister hotel a couple of years ago and have to say I was expecting the same standard of bedroom - unfortunately we were a little disappointed with the rooms, they were dated and tired and in need of modernisation and decoration in our opinion. The price point is a little high given the standard of bedrooms.

Good location with plenty of parking. Lovely views and gardens. Breakfast very good. Staff very helpful.
Basic room. Booked a king room and was taken to a room in the roof space with velux window over the bed. Awful view out of main window onto rear of building with fire escape, bags of rubbish and generally depressing. Asked for a change (happy to pay for any upgrade) but told only room available was family room. This was very basic to say the least but we had no choice having already paid.
