The location was good with easy access to Brighton - a bit noisy with the road though but they can't help that. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Access to the bar was a bonus.
The decor is a bit dated and there were no meals at the time but I'm sure that's not usual.

Very clean room, comfortable bed. Good facilities (tea, coffee, iron etc) Sea view, good location. Friendly staff
Fan in the bathroom didn't seem as if it could be turned off even when bathroom not in use and lights off. So it stayed on all night which was a bit noisy. Room 7
