Wonderful location, 2 min from the seafront on one side, and 2 min from shops and restaurants on the other. The room was very clean, and the bathroom was spotless, very likely recently remodeled as everything in the bathroom looked bran new. I appreciated being a kettle with tea and coffee.
The bathroom was a tad small as well as the room, but overall perfectly functional. I was on the top floor, which was nice, just be warned of the number of stairs if you have heavy luggage (although the guy at reception did kindly offer help bringing my suitcase up).

My single room was smaller, of course, but a perfectly fine size.
Exceptionally clean.
It was also nice and quiet.
It was all good.
The only drawback for some, could be that it was on the top floor, with 54 steps. However, I quite enjoyed this.

We were in Brighton for a conference and the Andorra’s location was perfect for us. It’s on a quiet residential street, just a 10 minute walk from the Brighton Centre and with a huge variety of restaurants nearby. A nearby private car park provided reasonably priced, secure parking.
The guest house was extremely clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Close to the places I was visiting. Clean room and bathroom en suite. coffee tea bags kettle TV
Staircase to the attic bedroom was so narrow and the bathroom floor slope. Disposable cups not mug and no spoon a bit strange. Wardrobe only three hangers
