Good location for what we needed, nice food, big, clean rooms
Air con didn’t work in our room, by the time we needed it our 6 year old was asleep so we couldn’t really call down to reception. The extra charges to use the pool and gym facilities and car parking charges

Staff were friendly and helpful, facilities great and I particularly liked the pool safety. Pool staff were actively checking that all children were accompanied by their adults.

Property is ideally located. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great
My TV did not have a remote control or a phone. I had to go downstairs and report this. 20 minutes later staff brought a remote control. My door would not lock with the additional inside lock. I didn’t report this as it was late and I was tired.
