Everything was perfect! Very clean room , checking in easily , good location if you got a flight from Edinburgh Airport.

The place was very clean for sur good value for money

I liked the walkable distance to the city centre (45 min) and 20 min to the Zoo, close to the Airlink airport bus stop. The room was facing a quiet garden so it was green and we could not hear the cars.

Communication is very bad, I have sent 2 messages via booking, one e-mail to their official e-mail address and called 2x times before I could get instructions to the late check in. If I didn't call I'd probably stand outside the door at 11 pm as nobody made an effort to reply to any of my messages. There is no reception so can complaint to nobody, there was a drunk girl shouting outside our room door at 2 am, probably talking on the phone to someone. The bathroom was dirty and toilet flush didn't work properly so it was always full of paper. I have been given an old torn towel with some holes. Spring mattress. Cleaner thrown out things that were left on the side table. Even if it's a single use spoon, don't touch it unless it's in the bin!! It's overpriced.

The neighbourhood was nice. it was possible to checkin one hour before.

the bathroom was dirty. the shower was broken and lost litres of water during the entire stay. This is unacceptable!!! the heating was not working (we got only a manual electric one). the room was very small

No parking despite description. Poor quality decor. Bare bulbs uncomfortable beds.no staff on site did not feel safe
