Great location and the staff were really nice. Room and view were great
The food was pretty average.

Pool and kids playroom was a winner with the kids. Location is also excellent. We got a room with sea views and that just made the holiday feeling complete
We got put in a room with a king bed and roller bed and cot as a family of 5 - but got a new room after 2 nights which was good

Staff were very courteous and helpful. There were easter eggs and chocolates freely available for customers on Easter Sunday and the next day there were donuts . It was a thoughtful arrangement and gave the hotel a festive feel

absolutely beautiful views of the beach, staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful, the hotel bar was great and the food delicious.

The hotel is in prime position. Our room looked directly over the beach and ocean. The room design is excellent with the office/desk, behind the bed so it maximises the view. Based right on the main beach and has great restaurants within a 2 minute walk.

some of the reception staff were excellent others disinterested
the validated tickets just didn’t work so a drama each time we went in and out if the underground parking, particularly arriving later at night

love the location and have stayed here many times before for this reason with no issues.
With an 11am checkout and still in our pyjamas at 9am, my friend and I were very shocked to have a staff member enter our room without Knocking or warning at around 9am. he left without explanation but had already alarmed us as when you are in your hotel room, presumably you are safe from this ever happening. we were later called and told that someone had checked out under our room number, however, I feel there should be more checks done on checkout to avoid this happening as my last hotel stay after this one I was paranoid about this happening again every time I heard someone walk past my door.

Bed was so comfy and the view of Coogee Beach from our room was amazing. Room was very clean and facilities are great. We had some drinks at the hotel bar before heading out for the night and the bar staff were so great and the cocktails were delicious! Highly recommended
