Room and view was incredible
Staff at checkin were rude.
Phone call was made to reception one day prior to checkin advising that the card used for payment was not the card that would be used on the day. I paid for the accommodation for my daughter as a birthday gift. I was told that as the accommodation had already been paid that would not be a problem as long as she had a card or cash to cover any extras.
Upon arrival my daughter was told that she needed the card used for booking!
As a result she was very upset and I was contacted to forward an email stating these facts.
In future I suggest that the correct information be given to customers. This experience for my daughter could have been avoided had I received the correct information when I made the call to reception.

It was lovely and warm upstairs, bed comfy but a little cool down stairs in loungeroom, I even turned the Aircon upstairs higher but needed a blanket to watch TV.
Cool temperature in Loungeroom.
Needed a blanket.

Location was really nice close to everything on foot
The apartment was nice and big enough for one night
Staff was really nice and helpful
It is very noisy and full on with traffic and partying with pubs around. The windows didn’t really work with the noise canceling
It was not a relaxing night
