The room was well presented and clean. All the facilities, WiFi shower etc worked well. Staff were very helpful and deal with our requests eg more tea bags and similar with promptness and courtesy. The location is excellent for Sydney CBD and is well priced in comparison with its neighbours.

The location was great, easy check in and we were able to leave our bags there before check in and after check out. Nice late check out, 11am. The staff were fantastic. The hotel was clean and fresh. I recommend 100% and will go back..
I found it strange that the TV had no streaming option. I would upgrade the tea cups as they look old and they are chunky. The only other thing was that the fridge didnt keep any thing cold, it kept things cool but nothing stayed cold.

Location and friendly staff
Attention to detail. Toilet paper / coffee sugar etc not replenished and some cutlery missing.
