I was pleased the Microwave was on the kitchen bench and not high up on a shelf. The TV was sideways to the bed and couch so had to twist my neck to watch it or sit on the side of the bed. Therefore not comfortable.

The room configuration I selected on Booking.com didn’t get to the hotel so I had to sleep on a roller bed one night. It was changed the next day

Was een mooi appartement maar lag aan de straatkant
Doordat het aan de straatkant lag veel herrie midden in de nacht als je de volgende dag gaat vertrekken is dit verschrikkelijk ook was er geen balkon vorig appartement was beter met een balkon als het warm weer is is dat beter

I didn't realise there was a roof top pool - ABSOLUTE BONUS and spa.
Brilliant location. Gym was great.
Restaurant downstairs excellent.
The power point in the kitchen -first I couldn't find it /under the top cupboard!!! Toaster cord not long enough to reach bench .I had use books to make it reach and sit level.

Very clean room, friendly and helpful staff on reception desk
Windows were only single glazed meaning that there was A LOT of street noise day and night as our room was right on the corner of the building, overlooking the busy intersection.

The place smelt of cigarettes and that was unpleasant.
It was quite noisy being close to Elisabeth street and ambulance sirens.
The windows were dirty and the furniture was very basic and not too inviting.

A little noisy with main street and sirens going by frequently- I always travel with ear plugs, so this helped.

I love the location of the hotel being central to almost everything one would need when visiting Sydney. The room was spacious and really enjoyed the extras included in the room.

Location fab. Staff lovely. Having a studio with a balcony made a huge difference. So close to Museum station and walking distances to so many locations
Lighting in bathroom was retina scorching. There were some quite loud drone type noises that went on for hours sometimes ..not sure if it was air con, but very loud

We have used this property on a number of occasions due to its location for family arriving from all over Australia with ease of access and close by facilities

Fantastic location, spacious apartment for small family, clean , comfortable beds
No dishcloth or detergent in kitchen, toilet stuck in behind door ( minor complaint), phone in bedroom kept going off on our last night - nobody on other end

However, the hotel is old, weathered and dirty.

Nothing went well, apart from getting a full refund when we packed our bags and left after 30 minutes.
It was nothing like the photos on Booking.com. Apartment was dirty, stank of smoke and was well under our expectations. We got a refund and found somewhere else to stay.

Great room and location for the price, with helpful staff and well maintained facilities.
The card system needs to be updated for using the lifts and entering room. These should be one card and should not have to be regularly recharged.
